Email Notifications Change: Sender Domain Update May 3, 2026 00:00 - May 4, 2026 00:00 UTC

Please note that we are updating the email addresses used to send notifications to Octave Cloud customers.

What’s changing

Email notifications will transition from the @hexagon.com domain to @octave.com. After this change, all Octave Cloud notifications will be sent from @octave.com email addresses.

Examples

smartcloudadmin.ali@hexagon.com → smartcloudadmin.ali@octave.com
smartcloudandislsupport.ali@hexagon.com → octavecloudandlicensingsupport@octave.com

When

This update is expected to be completed over the next few days.

Action required

To ensure uninterrupted delivery of Octave Cloud workflow notifications and status updates, please update your email filters and whitelist the @octave.com domain.
